Canes Enable is a small, independent, Vintage and Antique shop specializing in Canes, Walking sticks, Umbrellas, Parasols, etc.. Our physical shop is part of the fairgrounds for the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire. This website lists some, though certainly not all, of our available stock. For the widest selection, however, nothing beats being able to browse through our wares when the Faire is open.

In the 21st Century umbrellas are a disposable afterthought. They are generally cheaply made and intended to break easily (so that one buys several each year). Time was, however, when umbrellas and parasols were not only made to last for generations but were serious fashion accessories for the well-heeled set.
